On the morning of December 20, 2022, Mr. Hoang Duc Vuong – representative of VietCycle Joint Stock Company was present and contributed ideas at the Business and Legal Conference 2022 in Hanoi.
Participating in the Business and Legal Conference in 2022 with the theme “Identifying and removing legal obstacles to support enterprises’ recovery and development”, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh attended and directed. He affirmed: Supporting businesses to recover quickly and develop sustainably after the pandemic is a very important task, which is paid great attention by the Party, State, National Assembly and Government. At the same time, legal support requirements for businesses must be substantial, effective and sustainable.

Following the direction and contributions from businesses, Mr. Vuong proposed to build a carbon trading floor, the Law on Association of Production and Business Enterprises and the Law on Vietnam’s Waste Circular Economy.

The Business and Legal Forum in 2022 with the topic “Identifying and removing legal obstacles to support enterprises’ recovery and development” focused on 02 Discussion sessions.
Discussion session 1 was themed: “Access to economic recovery support packages and legal risk management”. The content of the discussion focused on legal issues related to the recovery of enterprises through economic recovery support packages for businesses (including identification of legal problems, causes of problems and how to deal with them).
The second discussion session was titled: “Remove obstacles and open up resources for business investment activities”. The content focuses on legal issues related to the development of enterprises, including identifying legal barriers to have solutions to free up resources for business investment activities of enterprises.
